Are the tiles slippery when wet?

Both the SwiftDeck and LinkDeck tiles are effectively no different from a conventional wood deck in terms of slip resistance. Since the tiles have a smooth  machined surface, due care should be taken when walking on the tiles when the surface is wet.

If you wish to increase the slip resistance of the tiles, there are products available that can be applied by brush or roller such as Trusty-Step Non_Slip Epoxy Coating which is a clear finish containing fibre aggregate and provides a textured surface suitable for pedestrian traffic... even barefoot.
