What happens if an item is damaged during shipping?


If, for some reason an item is damaged during shipping, and it is obvious at the time you receive the goods, please note any damage with the shipper at the time of delivery. You can choose to accept or refuse the damaged goods.

Next, contact us giving details of any damage, together with photos if possible and we will replace the damaged item(s) promptly free of charge.

If, after removing your item(s) from the cartons you notice a defect or damage, please note the damage and contact us. Again, please give us full details of any damage, together with photos if possible and we will arrange for prompt replacement of any damaged items.
