What is HandyDeck's Returns & Refunds Policy?


In the case of any damage or defects, we will gladly send replacement products to you at no additional charge.

If for some other reason (such as you overestimated how many tiles you would need) and would like to return some tiles or if any of our tiles do not meet your complete expectations or satisfaction in any way whatsoever, you can return the tiles, together with proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase date.

Providing the tiles have not been damaged by mishandling or misuse, except in such cases where any damage can be clearly demonstrated as occasioned by damage during shipping from our warehouse, we will refund the full cost of the returned items.

Please note however that we cannot refund any shipping & handling fees, including shipping costs to return items to us. In the instance where items have shipped free of charge, the ACTUAL outbound and return shipping charges will be your responsibility. These shipping costs can vary greatly depending on your location, so be sure to contact us to ascertain your refund amount.

Returned items should be completely intact and packaged wherever possible in the original packing materials. If any items are returned in non original packing you must ensure that the packaging is sufficient so that damage does not occur in transit to us, as refunds will only be granted on items which arrive in our warehouse in their original undamaged condition.

Once we have received your return, inspected the condition of the goods and verified the quantity returned, we will either apply the appropriate refund to your credit card or post you a check.

Before returning any product, please contact us to obtain return authorization approval.

Note that any request for return of undamaged items AFTER 30 days of receipt must be approved by HandyDeck Systems Inc. before any such product is returned and is subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the original cost of the products.
